What is the formation mechanism of small particles in thin section?

Volcanic or sedimentary rocks should be excluded. What puzzles me is whether metamorphic rocks on earth have this structure? How was it formed? Only from the thin section, it looks a bit like NWA 6704.

I picked up a lot of such stones at the same place. I'm not sure if they are meteorites. The particles in the thin section may be some fluid inclusions.
