Found this today ! Has a very cool design on it .A pocket watch back
Doing some eletcro on it right now to see if the design will come out any better.

I will when i get it out of the soultion here in a few mins.Right now the other side is pretty crusty with oxidation.

Could also be half of a cosmetics compact or a snuffbox lid, but I do think the "pocket watch back" theory fits the best. I concur.
