Found this on my permission today. It was The site part of a U.S. Army Air Field air force base and There was some buildings there. What is this? What is in picture 10? Its falling apart a round disc could it be related to the base as a tool? Any ideas on The age?CAN anyone Pull a Photo of it? almost looks like the tops to hand grenades(the fuse)

In fact I am pretty certain that is what they are, maybe they were doing some training?

Nope, and the indicators to that are the metal spring still intact, and the geometry that matches grenade fuzes, along with the two small posts the handle rotated off of by the spring. for sure not caster wheels. Just google grenade fuze and you will see what i mean

Yep. It is definitely the top off of a hand grenade. Have seen them found before. Was the area you found it in a common training site?

Yes buddy i said it There were buildings it was a air Field and training area i guess.
