Here is a coin we found in Mexico. I have no idea what it is. It looks like copper. I took a pic of a penny for size compassion. If anyone knows let me know.

It appears to be a replica/reproduction, if it not real gold, of a California Gold Coin.

My thinking is it's a Mexican-made counterfeit, likely very collectible as well.
