Hi All, Does anyone know what this is? I picked it up at an estate sale and I cant find anything on the internet like it. No markings anywhere. Its like hollow wood covered in a croco? Very strange. The persons house had alot of strange pieces also. Any suggestions would help. Thanks a bunch!

My wife thought travel box but the drawers don't lock. And she is confused by the handle on top if it's a jewelry box. So we don't have an answer. Maybe something you would carry from room to room in the house?

Thought that also, very, very unusual no maker's marks anywhere? Doesn't look like a travelling case, too fragile, no locks, that makes the handle kind of quirky and seems to be of only use to move around the house. Wonder if it's a one-off, home-made?
