I have had this thing a while and have not yet identified it. Found a home site built in 1850, and also served as a headquarters camp during the Civil War. The dime is for size reference. It is heavy cast brass. It is not a fork of any kind (tuning, salad, olive, etc). That's all I know. I appreciate any help in figuring this one out.
