What is this!? Found in the Ramanessin River.

So I was in the Ram yesterday and I came across this bad boy. It's a bit worn and feels a bit light for a fossil, but its definitely fossilized. To me it looks like a claw or talon of some sort. Does anybody know who this thing might have belonged to??

Here a bunch of pics including one next to a nickel and my first mosasaur tooth fragment, also found yesterday!

just judging from the end I would say it was a small bone. but I could be wrong. definitely fossilized
