We recently came across this lovely little piece on a beach. We don't really know much about coins, so if anyone could help that would be great.
It is very corroded and we can't identify any patterns or words. We think there is gold on it (perhaps gold plated) and a bright metallic orange/peach colour that we don't know what it is. It is exactly an inch in diameter and it does not stick to a magnet.
Any clues as to its origin or what it is made of would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
