Any ideas? This thing is 20" long and the large cone measures 6" across and the small ones are 4" across.
Very heavy, the shaft is steel and the cones are brass. The top cone is marked non-clockwise
from 0 -360. The next cone has holes drilled thru with half of then having a small notch in them.
The only other marking is a letter T stamped into it. I'm posting for a friend who bought it at
an estate sale.
