I located these wheels in a creek bed partially buried in the bank of the creek. Can anyone ID what they belong to??

This partial wheel was recovered in the same creek bed as the wheel set above. Not sure if it belongs to the same piece of equipment. This wheel is alot different than the wheels in the photo in the first post.
