Hmm, fraternal group "Odd Fellows" item... But what?

So far the only similar (cast iron?) items of that size I find are trivets and grave markers.

Edited: I think it's a grave marker, due to the attachment (affixing it to a rod that goes into the ground)
2nd edit: now I even doubt the ones that were calling them trivets... Some clearly are not that.
