Found this in a local goodwill i was volunteering at, it's framed up nice. I was wondering if it could possibly be an artifact or if anyone knows anything about it. Thank you

it's all carved, and has some dirt on it still witch made me question if it was an artifact. someone put some work in framing it, it looks like.
