Welcome to the forums. Can you post a picture of the back? What is or isn't there may help ID your item. I hope you don't mind but I edited your image to show it a little better. It looks like the letters ICNC are repeated four times.

You're welcome. Unfortunately I do not know much about it. I will update if I find anything else out. Thank you for the help. I am very curious to know more about it.

He says its the same on both sides!

It may or may not be the same. Sometimes the forum members notice something that the OP didnt see. I have seen it happen many times here. Just sayin.

VPH can you tell us what metal its made of? Is that some kind of brass rim? It looks like a rim of a different metal in the photo.

Where was it found? (antique shop, attic church, school etc)

I am honestly not sure what kind of metal it is. It was given to my brother in law at the gas station he works at. The person used it as money apparently. I've looked all over google. I have not found anything that looks like this item. I've look at coins from all over the world as well as medallions.

Ok Im assuming its coinlike because I wasnt sure by the photo. It doesnt have a rim on it of a different kind of metal?

I have a few ideas.

The weight is pretty light. It is definitely coin like. The rim does look to be different in color from the rest of the item

It does kinda look like a coin/token and it resembles the US Great Seal. Do you think it could it be a corporate or government hand stamp (arrow) like in the photo I posted? Would it make an impression on paper if compressed?

Its too small for that, Should be more of a half dollar size and would only have the impression only on one sideon one side. So I don't think it is an embossing stamp
