This was dug in a pre-ww1 dump. Average age of the finds are 1900-1910. Nothing newer than that. Obviously it’s a strange hybrid species of cat and human... but what’s going on with it? It has a “backpack” that you can see in the second picture. Clearly this had a use, right? What I’m asking is, what is the use of this item? Any other information or comment is welcome as I am stumped. Thanks for looking.
 

I kinda see a pig face with a human nose. Could be a back pack with the straps in front. In the bottom pic I see a bird on the bottom. Some one told me there is a part of Google where you can submit the pic of an object and get a reply as to what it is. That's all I got. I'll be watching.
