what kind of bottle is the black one??

Found a bottle dump at low tide and there is one neat black one that I can not find information on. Any one have an idea?

Is it a screw top or a pop top? Could you take a better picture of it? It almost looks like a fancy salt shaker. Swiz

It is a cork top.
