What kind of point is this?

Anyone know what kind of point this is? I'm either thinking it's really notched -- perhaps Brewerton or Otter Creek or maybe something else -- or it's a Madison point with flaking that makes it looked notched. It was found in the Philly area where points from Paleo to Late Woodland have been found. Thoughts? Thanks!
