What kind of stone is this looks like it could of been part of some type of jewelry

The irregularity in the stone's curvature we see at the bottom of the fourth photo strongly indicates the stone is just a natural pebble. Jewelry stones are carefully manufactured to be "symmetrical"... they don't have a wavy edge. Your stone appears to be semitransparent highly pure Quartz.

Looks natural to me. It certainly would have caught my eye as well while scanning for surface treasure.
