What kinda doll is this?

I just came back from shopping at an antique store to find this old doll that they sold to me in a bag full of dolls. Here is the thing the doll have no company name on it but it's in great condition. The doll looks like it had been own my another person due to writing on the feet of it. I would like to know what kinda of doll it is and how much I can get for it.

Even if the doll is old, someone has made "modern" clothing for it.


These were very popular at the turn of the 20th century. Many of the heads have writing low on the back of the neck.
