So i was doing a box of nickels today, and so i find a 1943 war nickel to start, and then as im looking through i see this!

Great a war nickel, lets see what date:

um, WHAT! lol i sat and laughed for several minutes at this little novelty. Someone took the time to etch the mint mark (which is quite good i must say). im keeping it, and id almost rather have it then a war nickel. STILL NO BUFFALO >:(

cool find! got a buffalo ender just now off a box of nickels, opening them tomorrow though. It is the reverse, looks good enough to have a date too!

I have only found war nickels, and 1 1905 V-Nickel in my third EVER box. Still no buffalo's either, but I'm much happier with the V nickel. Those are hard to come by these days, probably more buffalo's around than V-Nickels. After 100 years, who knows what people have carried it in their pockets at one point...
