Heck, the gas station up on the corner sells those pipes here! They are only considered paraphernalia if it has drug residue on it. If you want an interesting md artifact/trophy clean it well, but if it was buried for long there probably isn't much residue left anyway. It's a personal preference. omnicognic

Bobbie found one on myrtle beach 3 summers ago. She walked up to me and showed it I was like put that in trash immediately. She though it was off an umbrella. It was symbolic since the detecting on that trip had gone to pot
