Since they are of varying sizes, I use 2x2 coin folders and pages that fit in 3-ring binders. The 2x2s are cardboard with holes cut for the item and a mylar sheet on one side. You fold them over the piece and staple them shut. Any coin dealer or hobby supply place should have them.
A nice display can be made with blown-up photo prints of each side - say 3" diameter for us folks who need reading glasses - with a writeup about the history of the piece. The actual token can be displayed along with this.
