What's the deal with the date on this 1970-D penny?



Look at the 0 on that thing...that's not right. Is that common? Could it be worth anything at all?

Take a look at this thread where similar examples were posted and it was concluded it was post-mint damage.

Likely P M D but it seem's like there would be some type damage/ tool mark where the right side of the 0 was pushed over . only my opinion .
