What's with all the 2000P's? (Halves)

I seem to be seeing a ton of uncirculated 2000's everywhere I go.
Is this a trick the feds are playing on CRHr's?

My "nemesis" is the 96Ds.....and to a lesser extent the 94Ds.

I get a ton of 2000 D, 1996, 1998 for the newer ones. Alot of them are BU too. I get virtually no 1999 and 2001. and if I do they are pretty beat up.

I see lots of 2000Ps. Check for a die crack across the bottom of JFKs neck. So common I doubt there is any value to it but interesting non the less
