I was able to get back to my new permission and finally scored a silver Rosie among all the wheat pennies. A 1946 Rosie and 10 more wheat pennies, 1-1935, 1-1940, 1-1944, 1-1945, 2-1946, 3 1948, and 1-1954d. In two 5 hour hunts there I have dug 28 wheat pennies between 4 and 6 inches deep. Also found a small pile of clad. I also found another Model T hubcap. I have found 2 of them in different locations in the last month. Go figure! The last photo is of 2 old copper tags found at my brothers place before our 4th of July picnic. I left one of my detectors there for them to use and practice with. The tags look like they may have been used on traps and the cool thing is the name on the tags is a former property owner of my brothers place from the early 1900's. They are marked C. Reigh, Cove Forge, Pa. Happy hunting and keep on swinging. Thanks for looking.
