Where are all the Oregon people

Hey all

I have been looking around the Oregon pages and not much new
what happened it's like it stooped getting used
I know I cant be the only one out MD and looking for hidden treasures or just spending time in the great outdoors
so what have you all been up to ??

I am having a similar problem. I know that there must be Oregon folks around but they seem to be as tight-lipped about detecting as they are about their fishing spots!

I haven't been detecting for fun lately. I did do a search for a person's corner post but no joy. The corner was tough to work because of all of the nearby metal. I wished I could have "sampled" the opposite post for a reference but since the marker was re-bar I figured it would ring up. I must have tried adjusting settings a dozen times but Someone apparently had a hole in their pocket/apron as there were fencing staples all over the place - I now have quite a collection! In a separate search at the same residence I did manage to find a poorly buried tv cable at about four inches for the property owner.

Stay in touch and perhaps we can do some detecting in the near future!

I was out 2 weekends ago look around vernonia but didn't find much
but it is nice to get out in the woods , I did find some cool old buildings a few weeks ago up in the tillamook burn
and need to go back with my MD and look around and see if I can find out more about it

I live in Utah but I have sites in Oregon that I hunt. Been a long time since I was on TNet.
