Where do you get customer wrapped rolls

All the banks i have gone to told me there penny rolls come from the federal. Where can i find customer wrapped rolls?

any bank that does not have a coin counter should have customer rolled coins on hand because that is the only way the customers have for depositing coins. the ones with coin counters usually just bag them and ship them out.
just go in and ask if they have any rolls of coins that were turned in by customers.

or ask them if you can buy the bag when it comes off the machine. typically they are
