where is spring?

Is it spring yet? With the temps being 0 to 15 most of the time this is as close as she will get to going outside. If she does go out it is for less than 1 minute then right back in. She just sits on the toilet tank with her paws folded under her on the window sill looking out.

It's slowly 'creeping northward', here in E OK the willows are starting to bud out, & little weeds are starting to grow in the yards, also the elm trees are budding, (hang on).
