Where to sell coins?

My sister has 14 silver dimes and was wondering where she can sell them so their silver content.

Local coin store or eBay. For only 14 dimes, I wouldn't sell right now until silver peaks again. Offer to buy them from her and pay what a dealer would. (if you can) Probably around 40 in silver just from the top of my head.
