Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

The maker is “CR Lamps” but there’s nothing about them from Doctor Google, so probably a small artisanal producer. This listing for a similar one says it’s 1960s, with the hidework by Hopi Navajo Indians:
