White glass jar and green bottle

I got some prettier pieces this time! But I would like to get the rusted lids off both and I've had no luck with them so far if anyone has some tips or tricks for getting them off please let me know. Also there is something in that green bottle don't know what kind of scary I'm tempted to just leave it closed.

Green one could be a poison bottle with all those raised bumps on it. The white one probably cold cream.
