White's Beach Hunter ID

I have a Beach Hunter ID, sometimes I have problems on dry sand with false signals. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or it is just my machine. In the water it is very quiet. I am not sure if I like the machine or not. All opinions are welcome. Thanks

That gasket just doubled in price!

I've got a Beach Hunter ID and don't experience false readings on dry sand. I've had luck with it both in and out of the water, but I'm now looking to pick up a PI machine.

Thank you California Seeker, I think that was my problem at that beach, I haven't had that problem at all the beaches. I also had to go to the all metal mode to correct the problem. I was wondering if the beach you have had this problem on was anywhere near LAX. Thanks

Well, I also go to those areas and I find that they are a bit better so, maybe I should stick to Ventura Co. We must be neighbors I live in T.O.
