Whites Beachunter 300 help

The seals have gone again on my machine and it takes in water. Is there an easier way to replace these. Whites wants $80 plus $20 shipping plush parts. I am thinking about getting it fixed and sell it and try a different machine.

SO I WOULD USE MARINE CAULK TO SEAL IT - DONT KNOW ABOUT YOUR MACHINE - MY BATTERIES WOULD LAST LONG TIME -
SO I WOULD JUST RESEAL IT EACH TIME - NEVER LEAKED AGAIN - CAULK TURNS TO LIKE A RUBBER - YOU CAN GET SALTWATER PROOF ONE
MAYBE WORTH A TRY - TRY IN FRESH WATER FIRST SO WATER DOESNT DAMAGE

That's why, the black ones are defective. Purchase the new orange gasket and replace it yourself. Good luck.

Be careful,not to overtorque the hold down hardware, the lid is easily cracked if you do so.
