whites prizm IV

I have been using this detector for quite a while now and decided today to run it over some gold and silver. Both metals ring off as a low end tone with the tone id on. I as just wondering what other prizm iv users do to accommodate this problem? Do yall just dig everything or am i doing something wrong?

I think something is wrong if you are getting a low tone for Silver and gold jewelry. Silver should produce a high tone and Gold in mid range with Iron being low.
