White's Service -

Just thought I'd pass this small story along:

I ordered a new detector stand from White's as I had lost mine for my MXT. In the "comments" section of the online order form I requested that two of the proper screws be sent - they had been lost with the detector stand and I couldn't find the screws on their site.

The detector stand arrived in a box along with the digging tool I had also ordered - but no screws. Bummer.

Then I looked in the day's mail - there was a hand addressed envelope from White's with 8 of the correct screws - no charge.

I was perfectly willing to pay a fair charge but none was made. Also, because they sent more than asked for I have spares, plus I put one in my GMT which I just discovered was missing one.



P.S. Check your screws for tightness.
