Just wondering where is the best place to send my metal detector to be repaired? Part of the back light display is out. I live on Long Island. Thank you

I would send back to whites they have great service department

I see they have a repair shop in Oregon and in Virginia is there anybody that's had a bad experience with either one

I've only used the one in FL and the customer service was second to none! I don't think you will have a problem with either. The one in VA would give you a shorter shipping lead time.

Send it back to Oregon, will probably cost $20 to ship it and $80 to repair it.

I sent one to the East Coast repair center and it lasted one month so the 2nd time I sent it to Oregon and still don't have it back so since the 1st of March I have only had my V3i less than 20 days

Now I always send mine to Oregon, I've sent mine to another repair place once but they didn't find anything wrong with it and it ended up just being a bad coil. I will only send mine to Oregon from now on. HH

Contact White's, they will direct you to the closest authorized service center.
Or you can send it to Sweet Home, the main complex is there..... Been there many times , it is a very cool place and great people plus a nice little museum.

Send it to Whites home office, don't send it to VA or wherever the east coast repair center is
