Hi.
Picked up a used Whites XLT last fall at a flea market for 20.00 with accessories ;D (father gettting rid of sons abandoned stuff) and have been playing with it this year. It finds coins/jewelry in dry New England Sand just fine (IT LOVES QUARTERS). but when It gets near wet mineralized sand or water it goes crazy
using beach setting. I see custom programs on net for wet sand but most in Florida. Does anyone have a
XLT they use in the high minaralized sand in Mass, and NH and what program, custom settings do you use.??
Post or PM I would REALLY appreciate it as have found an area at low tide I believe coins have collected.
ALSO it seems to hate gold rings as they show up as foil, and about a 12 on display (I've been doing air testing lately). AHHHHH looks like I'm going to have to dig more junk signals to find gold. I will but loads of those foil drink container lids around.
THANKS FOR HELP IN ADVANCE!!!
