I'm not yet convinced this is really a bust right profile (though you can see it better than me!) due to the corrosion it may be a deception. It looks like there could be a W in the legend and with that reverse, which looks like Britannia within a wreath, I was thinking maybe an 1814 Wellington Halfpenny Token? If so your obverse image would need to be rotated 180 degrees, but other than the legend maybe fitting I can't make sense of the central design features.

May be Hibernia on the reverse. if it were mine, I'd get aggressive cleaning by stages. Looks like it has lots of bronze disease on it. I'd take that off mechanically first (toothpick or Andre's pencils). It would just be nice to know what it is. It has historic value but no monetary value, I would guess.
