She's what my grandfather might have called a sweet patootie from Palermo. Is there any reason we might know her?

Hey America,

I read that as, "Incorpora" which roughly translates from the Italian as "Incorporated," and the photographers address, "72 via Cavour."

Don't recognize the heraldic emblem.

How'd you come by this photo, and what size is the card?

I stumbled across it in a bunch of old photo's. And the size of the picture is, 8 1/2 inches in length, 6 inches in width.
