I believe her name is Sanaa Lathan. She was born in 1971 in NYC. She has played is several TV shows like NYPD and Family Matters, having small roles throughout her career. She was Eddie Murphy's girlfriend in the movie "The Wood".

I went to visit my kids and grandkids over Christmas, and was absolutely shocked at how my oldest granddaughter had "sprouted". I told her dad I'd gladly loan him a shotgun and all the cleaning tools to keep the boys in check, but he said he'd already purchased a shotgun and the cleaning tools. Man, she went from a 12 year old girl to a 13 year old woman seemingly overnight..
