Who made this?

....native made....trade goods....blacksmith made....?....I don't have a clue. It is pretty rustic and obviously has some age to it. No marking of any kind. The sheath seems to be some kind of bark or similar natural material.

Knife is Norwegian(I think). Basically from the 1940-1950 time period. I was told this by a pretty sharp knife collector. I also have one just like it.
