I picked up this 7.5" x 6.25" ceramic basket-vase, last weekend at a flea market for $2.50. Outside of being crazed, It's in good condition and I believe it's from the 1930s. I'm not finding this pattern from any of the more popular high production ceramic makers of the time. It looks like it has an inked mark that got a little blurred in the production or maybe it was never marked at all?. Being an art deco style I'm thinking it would certainly sell for more then I paid, but putting a maker to it could help get the best price out of it? Could be it's just a piece from the 1950s made in Japan or a small Californian studio pottery production.
