Any one remember Whizzo? From the Kansas City area on TV during the 60's and 70's. He was a hoot and a holler. I think he "played" to adults just as much as the kids like some cartoons do now....ie The Simpsons. He acted so scatter-brained and ditzy....It would probably be enough to scare little kids into being afraid of clowns....
