why do my images post sideways?

Every time I post a picture it is sidways?

I use the "insert image" and upload from my laptop. I download most of my pictures from google photos because it's easier than e-mailing them to my self. they look fine on my laptop but once I up load them to T-Net they are sideways.

Ha, I asked the same thing recently. It's because I was posting using phone photos. try to put the on your computer, then upload.

Hmm ok, I download my photos to my laptop using Google photos. Would I get different results emailing them to my self then down loading them to my laptop? I'm not going to worry to much about it but would like to at least understand it lol. On a side note they look fine on my phone lol.

try holding your Camera Sideways when you snap the Pic

Or edit (ROTATE If still Necessary) & save before posting

Use the insert image option. It's a little picture icon above the post. I upload my photos to imgur and then link them here instead of uploading.

Been having the same problems on another site. After beating my head on the wall several times, I started to open the image in photo shop and rotate it to show up right on the site. Resave it to something like image R. Upload it and it'll come up right on the site, then you can delete it if you want. Sounds like it takes a long time but actually a few seconds is all it takes. It's the "If all else fails cheat!" technique. You gotta give the mods credit! At least they responded with solutions! The other site? 2.5 years and no real answers.
