I've read a lot of books on lost treasure in the last 2 years and I've noticed most of them talk about the east coast beaches or the old west. Why is that lots of people lived in the south east for a long time before they went west I'm sure there's lots of stories and ghost towns around the southeast but very few books on it.

Why the West and East coast? Access. The West had the gold/silver, the East coast had the ports to ship out, to places like England, France., Spain, etc.

The South East? An occasional mine, a few robberies, and some Confederate legends.

I'm sorry, South where? :laughing7: :occasion14:
