What are "bath salts"? I googled them and got conflicting reports. They are not what you put in the tub...right?

yes you are pretty much correct.
they were being sold in most stores at the counter, I believe as some type of upper.
that could be snorted. I didn't pay alot of attention to the media's hype
to be 100% sure.

but they are being used as a defense right now.

If someone goes off their rocker & Kills someone, they claim they were high on Bath salts,
the Media gets involved, and odds are a good Lawyer will get them off with/after Rehab.

and the store that sold them will get the blame

Uggghh. I really don't get the fascination with cooked drugs. I mean seriously...you wouldn't eat food prepared by people that cook meth...but you'd allow your body/brain to be cooked by their work?
