Why wont my profile pic change

Why can't I get my profile picture to change? This is what I have been trying but it still stays the same.

Profile
Edit Profile -I will upload my own pic:
Browse - I find the pic I want to use and hit open, this sends it to the Browse bar
Change profile

Or, I have even tried this:

Control Panel
(change avatar)
same process, and nothing?

Did you try refreshing the page? I change mine often and usually the old pic is still cached, drove me nuts at first.

You currently have a US buckle in yours.
