Looks great  Would you mind sharing your crust recipe?

Charlie

Why certainly. Drive to the local Publix and buy their fresh made pizza dough. Take it home and add whatever you desire to make your own personal pizza...

LOL, ok  I have been trying to come up with my own home made pizza dough and just like to try out different recipes. I just don't have the patients to wait for it to proof properly all the time.

Once you get the hang of adding all the ingredients YOU like...no pizza is better than home made pizza.

I've got it down to an art form.

Or,,,,,,you could just throw a "California pizza kitchens" pizza($4.97 on sale) into the oven for 14 minutes and BAMMM :laughing7:!! You can throw some extra cheese and black olives on to make it look more like Cappy's.... Gpurs..

..and each shall seek their own kind.....

A pizza stone is among the best kitchen utensils we have.

Ah I just love makin' me a homemade pizza !!! We have a whole freezer slap full of frozen pizza dough, I'll come up with some hairbrain ideas for some wacked out toppins and presto, another successful family meal!!

Don't know if anyone's tried it or not, but instead of using regular pizza sauce or makin' my own, the other night I found some of that mexican sausa added some lime to it. slapped on some shredded cheese and some pepperonies, mmm it was good!!!!

I used to manage a Domino's pizza and when we would get bored we could come up with some really strange combonations. My personal favorite was ham, pineapple and sauerkraut but we would mix the pizza sauce about half and half with the hot wing sauce. Then after it was baked drizzle more hot wing sauce on top mmmmm.... It was sweet, tangy and spicy

Mmmm...pizza. Making me hungry.

I use frozen bread dough for pizza crust.

Nice looking pie Cappy.

I should move back to Pennsylvannia where I belong....and we could open a Pizza Factory and get funding from the Federal Govt.....we could serve the homeless and unemployed daily...and plan for the Second American Revolution!

Yeah, soup kitchens are so boring.

Tubecity and I would have a liquor license..............

;D Trust me if we were going to serve the homeless & street people around here, we would need
a liquor license just for us to keep our sanity. By the way Cappy, some places around here do make
a 'pierogi' pizza. Not nearly as good as the real pierogis we know, but I'm sure after hoisting a few
cold ones, they just might taste OK. Do ya think ? :dontknow:
