Momma Spud and I will be in Florida on May 25, 2008. We are going to Venice
Beach and work our way up to the New Port Richy area. We will be looking at retirement comm. but I plan hitting the beaches with my MD. This old Gizzer would appreciate any tips you may have


Retirement: 18 Mo. and counting

I'm right there with you Uncle Spud!! I have 2 years till retirement and already know I'll be settling in Bradenton, Fl. I can't wait!! Don't count on finding much unless you get into the water. Those beaches are picked clean!!! I found a beach across the intercoastal area where there are many boaters on the weekends. It was the only place I had any luck. Enjoy!
