about 4 days ago I was out at the beach that had a swimming area so I was walking that area seeing if I could find anything more than some pull tabs and beer caps. there was a woman snorkling out in the swiming area that was sectioned off from the rest of the ocean. after awhile she came up to me and asked if I had found a ring and I let her know that I had not found one. she smiled and said good, so with that response I had to ask her if she had lost one and she did the day before.
she did not ask that I contact her if I ever found one..... so I feel less guilt about wanting to find it now :P . I was just wondering if anyone knew about how long it would take for a ring to wash up if it didn't head out to the ocean. there are little patches of plant life in the water so it could become tangled in that aswell. but if it managed to break for shore and not get tangled how long would it take. tides are kinda strong here, I live in guam. if anyone is able to help that would be cool if not I will still look for it anyway. thanks fryguy
