Will visit Killeen in February

I'm be headed to Killeen next month for a few days. I will have a day or more to kill because we don't know the exact date my son gets home from Iraq. Can anyone give me any ideas on possible sites to MD during the short time I'll be there?

I'll fly into Austin and may head to San Antonio for a day before heading to Killeen.

When my son was stationed at Fort Hood in the mid 90's, I used to hunt at Belton Lake beach area. You might ask if it's still allowed, don't see why it wouldn't. Good luck. John
